Case study · Prize competitions · UK
Draws anyone can check for themselves.
In a market where everyone asks “is it rigged?”, PM Competitions has an answer no one else does: a public page where anyone can verify any draw for themselves. No login, no taking their word for it.

The problem
Where they started.
The UK prize competition market is crowded — and shadowed by scepticism. Entrants routinely question whether draws are legitimate, and most operators can't prove they are.
PM Competitions was launching into that market from scratch. Reassuring words on a website weren't going to cut it. They needed a site that could prove its draws were fair — and run week after week without someone babysitting it.
What we built
A competition site where fairness is built in, not promised.
Draws that prove themselves
Every winner comes with a proof anyone can check on a public page — no account needed. It's built on the same kind of security used in online banking, so “how do I know it's fair?” has a link for an answer.
No ticket mix-ups
Even when hundreds of people buy at the same moment, every ticket number is unique. If a payment fails, the tickets are released straight back — nobody is left in limbo or charged for nothing.
The rules built in
UK competition requirements — the skill question, the free postal entry route — are part of how the site works, not a page of small print. The owner doesn't have to think about compliance on every draw.
A site that runs itself
Ticket confirmations, draw reminders, winner announcements and shipping updates all send automatically. Several competitions can run at once, each with its own tickets and draw date.
What it changed
Trust became the selling point — and the admin disappeared.
- Every draw can be independently checked by anyone, any time.
- Draw nights don't need a human pressing buttons.
- One dashboard shows every competition, ticket and winner.
- Card payments handled securely by Stripe.
